This year’s AIA Iowa Convention is slated to be held in-person at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa. The AIA Iowa Convention Committee Co-Chairs in conjunction with the Exhibitions Committee invite you to join us for an opportunity to meet and network with the many members within the AIA Iowa Community. This is a highly anticipated event where over 1,000 attendees come together and unite as one voice.

2021 Exhibitor Rates
Booth Descriptions
All booths include a standard identification sign provided by Freeman, this sign will read the company name provided to AIA Iowa when you reserve your booth space. All booths are carpeted.
Premium Booths (numbered 1-16) located in the
exhibit hall mezzanine are 10' deep x 10' wide with
8' high back and 3' high side black draperies.
These larger booths are located in a high traffic
area that all attendees must pass through to get
to the registration desk and regular booths.
Regular Booths (numbered 17-164) located in
the exhibit hall are 8' deep x 10' wide with 8' high
back and 3' high side black draperies. AIA Iowa
strategically places areas of interest throughout
the hall to encourage traffic flow.
Virtual Booths (if necessary): If the convention
transitions to a virtual format your exhibit booth
will become a virtual profile in a virtual exhibit
hall using the Whova app.

The more information you enter the stronger your virtual presence will be! Be sure to read the "Exhibitor Contract" for all the specific details on our event.
Booth registration opens May 13 for AIA Iowa Allied Members & May 20 for Nonmembers.

Cancellation/Refunds Requests
Requests for cancellation, either full or partial, must be made in writing and sent either by registered or certified mail. No refunds will be made to requests postmarked on or after July 8. No refund may be made for space that is unused during all or part of the exhibition. Should space remain unoccupied, AIA Iowa may rent or use it without obligation of a refund. No refunds of booth deposits will be given if AIA Iowa deems it necessary to transition to a virtual event. By signing up as an exhibitor you agree to transition with AIA Iowa to promote your company in a virtual format if it is deemed necessary for this year’s event.
